We created ShoreGuard Concierge because we saw the need for a service that combines genuine care with professional reliability — the kind of trustworthy partnership every homeowner deserves.

Having managed our own seasonal and rental homes, we understand what it’s like to be away and wonder if everything back home is okay. That’s why we built ShoreGuard on a foundation of peace of mind — knowing that every detail, is handled with care and accountability.

My Story
Our Roots & Relationships
ShoreGuard is proudly family owned and operated — a collaboration between two family members who bring together decades of local knowledge and homeowner experience. We have been unknowingly building our property management company for 10+ years, from partnering on home DIY projects, to working together professionally, we are the team you want on your side.

One of us was born and raised right here on the Connecticut shoreline, where our family has lived for more than three generations. Those deep roots have built lasting relationships with trusted local contractors, tradespeople, and service providers who share our commitment to integrity and quality. We also understand the ins-and-outs of owning and maintaining a shoreline home.

The other moved here from out of state after falling in love with the shoreline lifestyle. As a second homeowner himself, he understands what matters most when you’re away — communication, trust, and attention to detail. That perspective helps us tailor every service to what truly brings comfort and confidence to homeowners.
